Regal Pastrami and Gravlax Salmon SidesBack

Salmon for the Regal Pastrami is harvested fresh from our own farms and undergoes curing in a brine of salt and water. The salmon fillets are then smoked at a low temperature in natural woodsmoke and crusted with a traditional Pastrami pepper mix. The salmon pastrami is then sliced into thin, translucent slices, which are ideal for delicate finger foods and canap├ęs, where taste, texture and visual impact are important.

Regal Smoked Salmon Pastrami is available in 2 x 100g convenient twin packs and in a random weight sides.

Regal Gravlax Salmon is available in whole sides, random weight.
